Sometimes it’s difficult for me to fall asleep but I don’t want to take over the counter sleeping aides and that sort of thing. So I did some research and learned that Magnesium and calcium are both sleep boosters, and when taken together, they become even more effective.  I take 200 milligrams of the magnesium and one calcium tab on the nights when I need them. It works
