How to make a delicious and healthy cup of coffee

Brew a cup of coffee

To add a healthy fat to your diet, pour in a small-ish teaspoon of coconut, it won't make your coffee taste like coconuts

Instead of sugar or Stefia, take a date 

Cut it open and remove the seed

Toss the date in a blender

Add a little unsweetened Coconut milk

Blend at a high speed for 30 seconds, nice frothy cup of coffee
