McCabe created a meal per day that would only let one eat 2,000 calories like if it is Monday, abreakfast having yoghurt with berries, nuts and seeds will do. For lunch, one can eat some salmon that is smoked, putting some cream cheese on it that is low in fat to add to taste to it as well. But it is also suggested that a sandwich with spinach and low-fat cream cheese could do the trick with some cherry tomatoes. Make sure that the bread is soy based or the ones called linseed. Sweet potato with spinach and lentils would do for dinner. These are just example of the meal that McCabe gave in a day.
